ABOUT
About the method
"What is not made conscious returns to us as fate."
Carl Jung

Jungian analysis is not only about difficulties.
It is about:
  • understanding yourself better
  • recognizing recurring patterns
  • finding meaning in what is happening

We can work with dreams, images, feelings — with what is difficult to put into words but still has a strong impact on your life.

It is a gradual process in which more clarity, grounding, and freedom emerge.
I work within the Jungian approach. For me, it's not just about removing a symptom or "solving a problem" — it's about understanding what lies behind it: what feelings, inner conflicts, and histories.

Sometimes what seems like a difficulty is actually the psyche's attempt to show something important. In my work, I am gentle, yet attentive enough not to bypass the difficult places.
I work with the following issues
Book a session
When feeling anxious or low
Crises and life changes
Relationships
Self-curiosity
The feeling of being out of place
It matters
Strong emotions
Anxiety, tension, a feeling of emptiness — as if there is no inner grounding
Breakups, moving, loss, times when the old patterns no longer work, financial crises
Repeating patterns, pain, distance — often this is not a coincidence, but something that asks to be seen
If you wish to explore your own reactions, dreams, and inner world more deeply
Life goes on, but it feels like this
isn't really your life
You might not know exactly what you're bringing into therapy. That's okay. Sometimes it's just a feeling: "something is off, and I want to figure it out."
Anger, guilt, shame, resentment — emotions that are hard to manage

We meet online. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Supportive therapy takes place at least once a week.
Analysis — 2–3 times per week.

You can talk about what is on your mind right now — we will gradually explore it together.
I do not give ready-made advice, but I help you understand yourself better and find your own solutions.
